Stop by author Aubrie Dionne’s blog to check out my new cover for a new story of mine coming out in June! Thank you, Aubrie!
Whew! I have hit the blogging trail running! Today I’m at Fang-tastic Books asking: What secondary characters have captured your heart over the years?
Contests are ongoing at Manic Readers, where I talk about genre mashing, and at The Qwillery, where I talk about banshees and other misunderstood creatures. The contest at Book Lovers Inc is also ongoing, stop by to discuss integrating fantasy and reality in fiction.
I hope you’ll stop by to say hello!
I am guest blogging on a couple of really great blogs today.
The lovely folks at Book Lover’s Inc. have been kind enough to host my guest post: Integrating Fantasy and Reality. If you comment you can win a free ebook copy of Banshee Charmer. They also have a great review of Banshee Charmer up today as well.
The Quillery has been kind enough to allow me to guest blog on the topic: Banshee — Divine Portent or Misunderstood Maiden? Commenting there will also put you into a drawing to win an ebook copy of Banshee Charmer. Two chances in one day, yay!
When she’s sent to a crime scene and finds her second dead woman in as many weeks, half-banshee detective Kiera “Mac” McLoughlin is convinced a serial killer is on the loose. Incubi are extinct, her boss insists. But what else can kill a woman in the throes of pleasure? When her partner is murdered after using witchcraft to locate the killer and Mac is thrown off the case, her frustration turns to desperation.
Certain the killer is an incubus, Mac works behind her department’s back to chase down slim, sometimes perilous leads. While the killer eludes her, she does discover handsome Aidan Byrne, an investigative counterpart from the enigmatic Otherworlder Enforcement Agency. Mac typically runs her investigations fast and hard, but with Aidan at her side, she’s running this one “hot” as well. But Aiden knows more than he’s letting on—something that could shatter their blazing romance and add Mac to the killer’s growing body count…
And here are some great reviewer comments about the book:
“With a spark of sexual heat, a budding romance, and a tough-cop heroine, Tiffany Allee creates a well balanced, highly engaging story.”
“Banshee Charmer is a well written paranormal romance / murder
investigation novella…a mixture I can never resist.”
—Mary from Books, Cats, Movies & Coffee—
“…an exciting first installment which looks to be a really fun and really sexy series. Full of revenge, naughty words, and surprising lust for a sexy stranger.”
—Amber Elise at Du Livre—
“Banshee Charmer was a delight to read. It’s fast-paced plot, unique characters and sexy romance made it hard for me to put down.”
—Angel Ray from Lore Lush Book Reviews—
“What an exciting debut to a new series! The mystery plot was thrilling, the world-building complex and the love story sizzling. Perfect mix and great story, I loved it!”
“She’s created a wonderful para world with all the fun things that you don’t see in the average Para/UF book. That’s probably why I loved it so much. I want “different” and Ms. Allee gave it to me.”
I hope that you’ll give the book a try!
Great news for one of my publishers this morning was released on Publishers Weekly. Congratulations to the Entangled team!
For those of you who know me, you’ll know that lately I haven’t stopped talking about my novella, Banshee Charmer.
